What is the difference between a boneless wiper and a bone wiper

Wiper blade, also known as wiper, is one of the commonly used body accessories in automobiles. Its main function is to wipe off the rain on the windshield on cloudy and rainy days and improve the driver's field of vision. The key to why the wiper blade is so important is that it is a component that keeps the outside of the windshield clean and ensures a clear view in rain and snow. As one of the important guarantee systems for driving safety, it is an indispensable component of motor vehicles.

The wiper blades currently on the market can be roughly divided into two structures: bone wipers and boneless wipers. Bone wipers, that is, traditional wipers with metal brackets; while boneless wipers, that are, no metal brackets, the so-called boneless wipers are relative to traditional wipers with brackets. From the point of view of the design principle, the more fulcrums of the wiper blade, the more uniform the force of the wiper blade, and the contact with the glass is compliant, and a better water removal effect can be achieved. The non-hanging wiper has no bracket, and the entire wiper blade itself is used to pressurize, which is equivalent to that the entire wiper blade is the stress point. Therefore, the boneless wiper is compared with the traditional bracket. It is more effective; at the same time, the boneless wiper has less metal bracket, which reduces the impact of the wiper on the driver's vision when it is turned on. In addition, theoretically speaking, since the boneless wiper removes the metal bracket and is lighter in weight, the load on the wiper motor is reduced, and it can also play an indirect role in protecting the wiper motor and prolonging its service life.
