Structure principle of wiper motor

    The power source of the car wiper is the electric motor, which is also the core of the entire wiper system. Therefore, the quality requirements for the wiper motor are very high. The wiper motor adopts a DC permanent magnet motor, which is integrated with the worm gear mechanical part. The function of the worm gear is to decelerate and increase the torque. The output shaft drives the four-bar linkage mechanism, and the continuous rotating motion becomes a left-right swing motion.

     The wiper motor adopts a three-brush structure for easy speed change. The intermittent time is controlled by an intermittent relay, and the charge and discharge functions of the return switch contact of the motor and the resistance and capacitance of the relay are used to enable the car wiper to perform periodic sweeping. The wiper blade rubber strip of the car wiper can clear the rain and dirt on the windshield, and the rubber strip is pressed against the glass surface through the spring strip, so its wiper must be closely matched with the angle of the glass in order to play the role of the wiper .
